Owatonna is the perfect location for your non-profit meeting. Not only do we offer several meeting venues free of charge (see below!), but Owatonna is conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Highway 14, one hour directly south of the Twin Cities. We are happy to provide welcome bags for your group, assist with finding rooms at local lodging properties, and organize tours of local attractions for your group. Owatonna public utilities
The Owatonna Public Utilities building is a newly renovated brick building overlooking the Straight River. The beautiful Morehouse Room is able to accommodate up to 84 people, and is free for government agencies and non-profit organizations. Owatonna Fire Hall
The third floor of the historic Fire Hall has a beautiful meeting space that overlooks Central Park in Historic Downtown. The venue is free and comfortably accommodates around 35 people (it can hold up to 80 people theatre style). Catering is allowed and audio/visual is on site. Call 507-444-2454 to make a reservation. Owatonna public library
The Owatonna Public Library is a beautiful historic building adjacent to the downtown. The Gainey Room is free to use and can accommodate up to 75 people. Catering is allowed and there is audio/visual on site. To make a reservation call 507-444-2460. For more details about the room click here.
