CAMPGROUNDS

ENJOY THE OUTDOORS

Get ready to roast marshmallows and enjoy the outdoors! Owatonna offers three scenic options for camping. Let the adventure begin by staying at one of our local campgrounds or at the nearby state park. River View Campground is a Good Sam Park nestled along the Straight River and includes a heated swimming pool and miniature golf. Hope Oak Knoll Campground, also a Good Sam Park, is a quiet and shady place to camp, with horseshoes and a game room. For seasonal camping, head over to Rice Lake State Park. Rent a canoe or kayak from the park office and paddle across the lake for a more secluded camping experience.
